Madison McCullough, AuD
I grew up in Sand Rock, Alabama and graduated from Sand Rock High School. I went to the University of Alabama and graduated in 2019 with a BA in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development Family Studies. During my undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, I worked as a research assistant for the Hear Here Alabama Project. In this program I administered hearing screenings and provided hearing conservation services to people in rural and underserved communities in southwest Alabama. Working in this environment helped to develop my love for the field of audiology. I chose to become an audiologist because I love being able to help people better communicate with their loved ones. I obtained my graduate degree, Doctor of Audiology, at the University of South Alabama. During my graduate studies, I provided audiologic services at two university clinics and multiple ENT practices. I completed my externship at ENT Associates of Alabama, PC in Birmingham, AL. My audiology areas of interest included hearing aids, diagnostic testing, cochlear implants, and vestibular testing. Outside of work, I enjoy being outside, watching college football, snowboarding, water sports, traveling, and spending time with my pets!
